Returning a game order
Understand when and how to return board and table games purchased from LavilletteStore.com.
Our returns process protects both careful collectors and first-time hosts.
Eligibility
Unused, sealed board and table games may be returned within 30 days of delivery when accompanied by order proof and original packing materials.
Opened products
Opened games are generally not returnable unless damaged in transit or incorrectly fulfilled. Classic open-box listings are final sale when marked as such.
How to start a return
Contact hello@lavillettestore.com with your order number and photos if damage is involved. We will provide return routing for approved cases.
Condition on arrival
Returned items should be complete, smoke-free, and free of table wear. Incomplete component sets may be declined.
